Global telecommunications giant Ericsson has been selected to supply United Nations peacekeeping missions around the globe with their own LTE networks, providing mission-critical communications capabilities.

Motorola has released Dimetra X Core, a new Tetra system to support mission-critical communications for public safety as well as enterprise organisations including utilities, public transport and oil and gas companies, and for use with large events.
